What we do with your data.
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, we keep it no longer than we need to, and nobody else gets it.
Who is responsible

What the form collects
Only what you type into it:
- Name — so we know who we are answering
- Email address — so we can answer
- Company — optional, and only if you provide it
- How you are writing to us — company, dealmaker, operator or other
- Your message — whatever you choose to put in it
Our host also records ordinary technical data needed to serve the site, such as your IP address in its server logs. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
Why, and on what basis
To read your message and reply to it. Nothing else — no newsletter, no profiling, no advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry addressed to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you would rather not use the form, plain email works just as well.
Who else sees it
Netlify, Inc., our hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf as a processor. It may not use them for its own purposes.
Netlify, Inc. is established in the United States, so your message is transferred outside the European Union. That transfer is covered by the data processing agreement in our contract with them, which relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as the exchange is live, and at most three years after our last contact — the retention period the CNIL recommends for business contact data. After that it is deleted.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking of any kind, which is why you were not asked to consent to any.
Your rights
- Access — ask what we hold about you
- Rectification — have it corrected
- Erasure — have it deleted
- Restriction — have its use limited
- Objection — object to our use of it
- Portability — receive it in a machine-readable form
Write to info@kalyx-group.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
